This policy covers North-Internal, an internal text messaging program operated by Jacob North ("North-Internal", "we", "us"), and the website janorser.com, which Jacob North also operates. North-Internal is the name under which Jacob North sends work text messages to employees. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Text messages

North-Internal texts only employees who have agreed verbally to their manager using our consent script. When you agree, we collect your name, your mobile phone number, a record of your consent (date, time, the manager who asked, and that you agreed), and the content of messages we exchange.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only parties who handle your number are the messaging provider and wireless carriers that deliver the messages, and only to deliver them.

This website

janorser.com has no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies and no forms. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.

We keep messaging information only as long as you are subscribed, plus any period needed to show compliance, and protect it with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards.
