These terms cover North-Internal, an internal text messaging program operated by Jacob North, and the website janorser.com. By opting in to North-Internal texts or using the site, you agree to them.

SMS Terms

• Program. North-Internal sends work text messages to employees, such as schedule changes, shift and meeting reminders, project and system updates, and replies to questions.
• Opting in. Employees join only by saying "yes" when their manager reads the consent script. A confirmation text follows. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help. Reply HELP, or email jacob@janorser.com.
• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Your information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, North-Internal and Jacob North are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the messaging program or the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
